Appreciation Event

Over 55 tutors, students and board members attended our Appreciation Event on October 22, 2008 at the Oak Park Library.   Each student and tutor was given a certificate and a token of appreciation.  Attendees enjoyed dinner, poetry read by tutor Bridget Fusco and classical piano selections played by Thomas Kosiela of Triton College.  Special thanks to Borders, Agnes Dunal, Bridget Fusco, Good Earth Greenhouse, Carla Penalva, Yoanna Rinaldi, Scents N Stuff, Anna Mae Stok , Ann Straw and Doris and Bob Wohglemuth for their contributions to this event.  Special honors went to Steve York Irwin , Mary Lou Byrne, Richard Murphy, Quenby Lopez, Joy Concklin, and Marilyn Welter.
